Healthy Food Chart

Getting up at 5am is not a problem…getting up at 4 am is hard! When that alarm went off this morning I felt like I had just fallen asleep. I probably could have slept a little longer but I am always anxious to just get to the airport when traveling and then use any extra time I have to sit and relax there, especially since we moved and I couldn’t count on the 15-minute, no delays ride to Logan I used to have!
