Healthy Food Chart

I’m rallying the troops for a girl’s weekend at the beach and the kick-off is a 5 mile run/walk called Beauty and the Beach. It’s an all women’s event on the morning of Saturday November 7^th that promises to have great race technical long sleeve t-shirts and I’ve heard chocolate medals at the finish line for all the participants. Sounds like some great prize categories too! There’s an award for the first grandmother to cross the finish line (my money is on my mom after her stellar 5k performance) and more. After the race they’ll be plenty of  shopping, eating, and maybe even some late night dancing. I have my sleeping bag ready to go!
