For many yeaEggrs eggs a got bad rap, but studies are now showing the benefits of eggs – especially when it comes to weight loss. Monica blogged back in May about how eggs can make your weight loss easier.

Here are some ways to incorporate eggs into your morning routine:

  • Hard boiled eggs make an easy to-go breakfast
  • Make your own egg sandwich – Spray a small bowl with cooking spray. Crack the egg in your bowl egg and break the yolk. Place the bowl in a microwave for about 1 minute and check to see if it is ready. If it is not ready then in very small time intervals continue to cook the egg until it's done. While you egg is cooking toast your whole grain bread, bagel or English muffin. When you egg is done take it out and top your bread. You can add cheese or tomato if you'd like too.
