Hey Ohio: Maybe that mandatory daily activity isn’t such a bad idea after all.

In a study, presented at the American College of Sports Medicine’s annual meeting, researchers following 266 students at Saginaw Valley State University, in Michigan, found that students who do at least 20 minutes of exercise on a regular basis have higher grade point averages than those who don’t.
