Healthy Food Chart

I didn’t think it was possible but today is an even better day than yesterday was. I am writing this post from my phone at the beach because I am not sure when we will be back at the house. I had another sandwich for lunch – they are all looking the same because we just did a simple grocery shop rather than a big elaborate one. I don’t mind the same turkey, ham and cheese on whole wheat because it has been keeping me full for the whole afternoon. Along with my sandwich I ate some cherries and have been sipping on iced tea lemonades to stay cool — it’s hot here!! Tonight we are going out to dinner and I think I’ll be having an ice cream too!
