Healthy Food Chart

The other morning at the gym I was two rows back from a person who took
a cell phone call right in the middle of class. The women answered the phone, spoke briefly, then tucked the phone back into her sports bra and continued her workout. I thought it was kind of funny, but no one around me even blinked an eye. That’s why I have to ask, what’s the etiquette for cell phone calls during a sweat session? I always thought (but I could be wrong), unless it’s an emergency talking on the phone while working out was a no go! Weigh in, is it okay to chat it up on your cell in the gym?
