Studies have shown that eating fish once a week, especially ones high in omega-3s can help prevent or Shrimp relieve depression, joint disease, and several cancers. It has also been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease.

Along with all the great things fish can do it can also be a part of a weight loss friendly meal. Fish is low in calories and can be prepared in many different low-fat ways. So add fish to your diet a few times a week, with at least once a week having salmon or other cold water fish high in omega 3s.
