Everything Grilled! (dinner 9.22.09)
Wednesday, September 23, 2009 2:02It was another busy day early in the week but it was another day that went by quickly! I am really looking forward to Friday this week because my roommate from college is coming into town for a visit so the sooner Friday gets here, the better! For dinner tonight we grilled everything – steak, asparagus, summer squash and potatoes. I like dinners like this because it means there is not much to clean up and after a long day, that’s what I am looking for! Plus when we grill we just use a little olive oil, salt and pepper so the food stays healthy and flavorful. Now that dinner is done, I am watching The Biggest Loser – it already has me hooked and it’s only the second show. After that I am going to bed with the hopes that our sleep-through-the-night streak continues for a third night!
