Flatten Your Abs At Your Desk!
Thursday, August 13, 2009 18:10If you’re stuck behind your desk all day, this ab move is for you. It’s quick, effective, and can be done from the seat of your chair.
Chair Lift- Sit up tall, shoulders back maintaining good posture. Slide to the end of your chair. Hands hold the arm-rests or sides of the chair. Slowly lift your knees up towards your chest engaging your abs. Remember to try to keep that back straight.
Then slowly bring those legs down towards the ground. Repeat for 2 sets of 12.
Make it harder: As you lower your legs down towards the ground, keep your feet from fully touching, then lift them back up!
