[Forum] I Keep Falling Off the Weight Loss Wagon
Thursday, September 10, 2009 15:00Why why why do I do this? I go along, go along, go along, counting my points, paying attention to portions, and sure enough, weight comes off–slowly–but a healthy pound a week.
And then, as happened two weeks ago, I just stop. And the thing is, I don’t simply stop and eat an ordinary diet, I start bingeing on sugary foods (candy bars), I deliberately snack on crackers and popcorn, and more.
Why can’t I find a healthy in-between place?
I went back to a Weight Watchers meeting today, not the one I usually go to, and without a public weigh-in. I stepped on the scale and sure enough, 6 pounds back on my body.
I exercise faithfully. Yesterday I rode my bike 30 miles!!
But, how can I get hold of my eating?
(P.S. I need to lose 22 pounds.)
