Well, it does feel weird to be writing about your life and experience online. I am just a normal woman who goes through ups and downs in life. I am 25 years old, graduating next year with my BA in hr. I was in a long relationship with a wonderful man for almost three years, and just broke up recently.

I love to workout, but it seems like I have let myself go. I just woke up this morning, and decided that I was going to take care of myself. I have membership for the gym and live 5 minutes drive from it, so there is no reason why I shouldn’t go.

The last couple weeks with my ex-boyfriend were really hard, and I just starting eating more and more, and stopped going to the gym. I was just not myself.

Today, I just feel like I shouldn’t have let that relationship be my life. So, now I want to get back in shape. Want to be healthy and full of energy.

I am neither skinny nor extremely obese. I am 5’10” for 190. I am overweight, so don’t really know how much I should lose. I don’t want to be skinny, cause I love my curves, I just want to be a healthy weight.

So, how much weight should I lose? I am thinking about 10 to 15 pounds. Any ideas anyone? I am really good with going to the gym, but bad with eating healthy, so any suggestions on this would also be good. I am thinking about being a vegetarian just for a week to see if I can keep it up.
