For the first day of the week it was a long one, but better to get that out of the way so that now hopefully the rest seem easy. This afternoon I got my errands done and took another walk with Bruce & Will. I made myself a quick stir-fry for dinner of chicken and vegetables cooked in sesame oil and soy sauce. I was just going to have leftovers from last night but since I had a lot of new fresh items in the fridge I was motivated to make something. Everything is picked up and set to go for tomorrow so I can relax for the rest of the night — I am looking forward to some reading and then a good night of sleep!
This Meal Provides Approximately: Grains = 2 ounces (+whole), Vegetables = 1.5 cups, Meat & Beans = 4-5 ounces, Oils = 2 teaspoons
