Getting to your Goal

Recently I read a Chinese proverb that stated: “Do not be afraid of going slowly; be afraid only of standing still.”
I found this to be so true in the weight loss process. Sometimes while we are trying our very best to lose weight we may not lose. The important thing to remember here is that as long as you are making some kind of process, even just half a pound a week, it is still progress!!! Eventually healthy habits and eating show results.
As long as you are moving forward you are still going in the right direction toward your goals. It’s when you are not taking any action at all towards your health goals is when there is no real progress. Ask yourself at the end of every single day, what did I do right today that brought me closer to my goal?
Readers how do you keep going when the progress is slow?
