Healthy Food Chart

The blog was down but I still photographed my meals for you!
Lunch was a nice bowl of the chicken soup Mike made for us. It was a
light meal because I was rushing around trying to get my spaghetti sauce made
so that I could let it simmer for a couple hours. My sister and my girlfriend came for dinner (and to see Will – he is the main attraction these days).
My sister brought everything for a nice salad (greens, cucumbers, fresh pear
and gorgonzola cheese). I made a meat lasagna to go along with the salad and we had apple
crisp for dessert, made with a small portion of the apples we picked. It was a nice night with good food and good company!
Tomorrow the forecast is rain, lots and lots of rain so we don’t have much
planned. I’m hoping Sunday is a better day so we can do something fun!
