How to Design Your Own Strength Training Program (Part I)

Rather than get into overcomplicated concepts and physiology geeki-ness, I’ll break things down into the simplest terms possible with the aim of giving you the knowledge to design your own program.
Part I: The overview, focuses on the global components of a strength training program, i.e. near-universal basics that everybody should include in their training program. Part II will entail some more specific splits, and part III will examine how to change things up for continual progression.
