Today was a nice day for a walk and it felt good to get out there and move my legs. I didn’t end up getting a latte on the way home but I did snack on an apple. When I got home I toasted some whole wheat bread and had it with hummus & red onion in between. I think the plan is to make a nice big dinner tonight in the oven so I am trying to decide between chicken, beef or pork. I know what I want for sides so it’s just the meat I have to decide on. It’s nice to change over to my indoor meals after a good summer of grilling – although I do not like the number of dishes the indoor meals entail! I opened my recipe binder when I made the coffee cake last week and there were so many meals in there we haven’t had in a while – I am excited to get back to them!
