Wow, the debate is still raging with the Dr. Oz vs. Taubes poll and their views on what makes people fat. If you love this debate then you may want to check out Fat Head.
This fun documentary challenges accepted nutrition and obesity theories with conflicting studies as well as challenges the notion that fast food makes people fat. Fat Head goes after other food docos like Super Size Me and aligns with the camp that believes the government has been deceptive in its promoted standardized dietary guidelines.
