I love dancing, even though I have two left feet. That’s why anytime I can combine dancing with a great tush toner like the lunge, I’m psyched. This move rocks!

The Move: The Lunge Cha-Cha

Equipment: None

IMG_3943.JPGHow To Do It: Stand tall, feet shoulder width apart. Take a big step forward with your left foot into a basic lunge position. Knee should be bent about 90 degrees, left knee behind your left toe. Push off your front foot back into standing position and straight into the quick, quick, quick step of the cha-cha. Then step forward for that lunge with your right
