Healthy Food Chart

The rain seems to have gone away and it’s another bright & sunny day. I guess it’s actually supposed to get pretty hot today so it’ll feel like summer instead of fall. We were up early and have already started the day with breakfast, a ride into town and some playing. I have a faculty meeting at lunchtime over at BU today so Will is going to go to my grandmother’s house for a couple of hours. I am hoping he takes a nap so that he is in good spirits when he arrives — and so I have some time to pack everything up he needs for the trip. For my breakfast I had a bowl of Smart Start Strawberry Shredded Wheat – Mike was with me at the store yesterday so we picked out a couple of new cereals and I was pretty happy with this one!
