No Crunch Ab Move!
Wednesday, July 29, 2009 1:26My sister and I were digging this ab move in 5:45 Cardio Blast class the other morning. No floor mat or towel required, just grab a light weight!
The Move-Figure 8
Equipment-3-5 lb. weight
How To Do It- Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold weight in both hands in front of your body, elbows bent. With core tight, slowly bring the weight up to your shoulders and down to your hips creating a figure 8 pattern. Torso remains still.
