Blair River, the 6-foot 8, 575-pound spokesman for the Heart Attack Grill, has died at age 29 from pneumonia.
A former Arizona state high school wrestling champion and college football player, Blair was the star of many Heart Attack Grill commercials; poking fun at his own weight.
The controversial Heart Attack Grill, based in Phoenix, Arizona, serves hamburgers, like the four-patty “Quadruple Bypass Burger,” and French fries deep-fried in lard, called “Flatliner Fries.”
