I had one whole wheat tortilla left, a little cheese, a red pepper and some refried black beans. I combined them into a quesadilla for my lunch and it was really good. I was wishing I had two tortillas and more cheese so I could have made a bigger one! I am off to the store now to grab some refresher items. I think I am dining solo tonight so I don’t need to shop for a big meal, just a small one. We took a nice walk with Bruce this morning and we’ll be off on another one this afternoon – this weather is amazing especially considering the time of year it 100_6225.JPGis!

This Meal Provides Approximately: Grains = 1.5 ounces (+whole), Vegetables = 0.33 cup, Milk = 1 cup, Meat & Beans = 2 ounces, Discretionary Calories = 10-15 kcals (reduced fat cheese)
