For once I jinxed the weather in a positive way. What started out as a pouring rain day has transformed into a sunny but extremely windy day. The next walk we go on should be interesting! I ate just a small lunch because once I saw the sun I thought I would go for a run, but the wind is blowing so hard where I live (near the water) I think it would be forcing me backwards and it’s probably not the best for Will to be pushed straight into for 4 miles either. We’ll hope tomorrow is different store because temperature-wise this is the best time of year for running here in Boston!
This Small Meal Provides: Grains = 1-1.5 ounces (+whole), Milk = 0.75 cup, Discretionary Calories = 50 kcals (lowfat, sweetened yogurt)

I had to try this Stonyfield seasonal yogurt special – Pumpkin Pie – when I saw it in the store. I’m actually not even a big fan of pumpkin pie but I was curious what a yogurt version would taste like…not bad I have to say!
