Salmon Supper (dinner 4.22.10)
Friday, April 23, 2010 1:40We had another busy day and made an easy dinner to wrap it up – grilled sockeye salmon with broccoli and yellow rice. I also picked up a couple appetizers that looked so appealing when I was buying the salmon at Whole Foods – a crabcake and a scallop wrapped in bacon for each of us! I was happy to try this rice because it’s the kind I usually buy (Goya) but now they make a low sodium version!
