Soup & Salad Lunch (9.29.09)
Tuesday, September 29, 2009 18:30We are starting to pack up our stuff so we can depart after an early dinner. It’s been nice spending a couple days out here with fall weather and family time. The leaves were not quite arriving at the peak foliage but maybe we can take another drive in a week or two to see that scene since it’s really breathtaking in this part of the state. After we made our returns at the outlets, we grabbed lunch at a cute local breakfast & lunch spot. I had a cup of vegetable/beef soup and a chef salad. It was a nice filling meal and full of vegetables as well. I also snacked on a fresh picked apple while riding in the car…and there will plenty more of those featured on the blog in the weeks to come!
