I woke up still feeling full from dinner last night so I am having a light breakfast and going for a run – hopefully after that I start feeling normal again! I made a banana, skim milk, peanut butter and ice smoothie in the blender and when I get back I will probably have some dry cereal or a granola bar. It looks like it is going to be a beautiful day so I am going to try to find an outdoor activity to do with Will. We will be spending a lot of time at the beach next week so I think we’ll skip that today. Have a great Friday everyone!
