The European Workout!

clothing, the fantastic leather boots, the classy expensive sports cars. You’ve
probably tasted the deliciousness that is a French steak or an Italian pasta
dish. Chances are, however, that during your stay, you haven’t been to a gym.
We Americans expect the aesthetically pleasing streets,
buildings, dinner dishes and outfits to inspire our lifestyles. But the gym
equipment? Let’s be real – Europeans aren’t exactly known for their active
lifestyles.
That’s why I was shocked to find out that gym machines originate from a
Swedish man by the name of Gustav Zander.
