Tools to make health a habit

Habitwise has products for women, men and children that help in the areas of weight management, disease management, water intake and fitness. These products come with a habit plan that was designed by a team at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
The products for women and children are bracelets that you start out wearing on one wrist in the morning and as you go through the day you move those bracelets to the other wrist as you accomplish your goals such as eating right, drinking water, and exercising.
