Healthy Food Chart

It is strange that it’s really hot outside but I was looking for something warm for lunch thanks to my air conditioning, which I hate to use but have to on days like today. I made myself a grilled cheese on whole wheat and enjoyed it very much. We took Bruce for a walk but we didn’t go far because he was panting right from the start. I am hoping that his haircut tomorrow will help him to handle the heat better! Later this afternoon I snacked on some trail mix that I put together at Whole Foods (honey roasted peanuts, cashews, raisins, dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips). I am supposed to be meeting up with my sister once she’s out of work so I am now trying to get ready to head out again. I wonder if it’s any cooler out there now…I am so isolated in my little igloo here!
