Healthy Food Chart

My weekend plans got changed around at the last minute because Mike had to work so I ended up taking a ride down to my parents’ house and spending the day there. I finally got my boat ride in — it was a cold one but it was still nice to get out there on the water. It took Will a few minutes to adjust to the life-jacket but after that he enjoyed the ride very much as well.

I headed back to Boston on Sunday and spent some time with my sister and my boys.

I thought I would go grocery shopping this weekend but then I took off so I am still very low on food. I managed to scrap together some American chop suey tonight but I’ll definitely be heading to good old Stop & Shop tomorrow! I did not get a regular night of sleep this weekend but I am trying some new methods so maybe by next weekend we’ll be in a better place. It’s almost the real fall (by dates) but we had a warm day today and it looks like we have more coming this week. Everywhere I look though I see pumpkins, mums and leaves in the neighborhood and I am jealous of all my friends who have been sharing their apple picking pictures! We are planning to take Will next weekend but I hope there are still good apples out there – last year we went a little late. Hope you enjoyed a couple days of relaxation this weekend!
