DSCN0077.JPGmaintaining my weight. I workout to challenge myself, to connect with fellow moms, to be part of a team, to try new things, and to have FUN! Most importantly I exercise to keep my heart healthy, and to prevent whatever diseases I can, so hopefully I can stick around to see grandkids. If exercise won’t make you thin, will you continue to make working out part of your daily routine?
